How are your products made?

Our products are printed and produced on demand by a global printing distributor. This allows us to ensure quality while minimizing waste. Depending on your location, orders are printed and shipped from the nearest facility.

What materials are used in your products?

All our products are crafted from 100% organic cotton, emphasizing eco-friendliness, comfort, and durability. We prioritize sustainable materials to ensure high quality and minimal environmental impact.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our products use eco-friendly, organic materials, and our on-demand production model reduces waste and environmental footprint.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with a global order fulfillment company that has facilities around the world. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your location for efficient delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that additional customs and tax charges may apply for international orders. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not controlled by us.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Typically, it takes 7-15 business days for international orders and 3-5 business days for local orders. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Will I have to pay customs fees?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order is delayed, please check your shipping confirmation email to verify the delivery address. Check with your local post office and ask neighbors if they’ve received it on your behalf. If your address was correct and you still don’t have the order, contact us at contact@revwearcollections.com with your order number.

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can send a replacement, but the cost of reshipping will be at your expense.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at contact@revwearcollections.com, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, contact us at contact@revwearcollections.com with photos of the damaged items, and we’ll process your refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please consult our size guides on each product page before ordering. If you receive an item with an incorrect label, contact us within one week at contact@revwearcollections.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Customization Options

Can I customize my product?

Yes! We offer customization options, such as additional prints on sleeves, front, and back. You can select these options when ordering.

Is there an extra charge for customization?

Customization may incur additional fees based on the level of detail or added print areas. Prices are indicated during the selection process.

Can I return a customized item?

Customized items are treated the same as standard products and are eligible for return or exchange according to our regular return policy.
